Music
Our amazing team of professional musicians and producers deliver a wide range of music-based activities that inspire creativity, expression, and skill-building. Young people can explore music in a supportive, hands-on environment through:
- Writing, recording, mixing, and mastering their own tracks in a professional music studio
- Songwriting and lyric writing workshops
- Creating beats and experimenting with sound
- Learning how to use industry-standard music software
- Jam sessions and collaborative music-making
- Filming and producing their own music videos
- Playing or learning a musical instrument
Whether they’re beginners or already passionate about music, we provide the tools, space, and encouragement to help young people thrive through music.

Cooking
We have exclusive access to a large, fully equipped kitchen where young people can come together each week to cook, learn, and enjoy their favourite dishes. From baking cakes to preparing homemade lunches like fajitas, our cooking sessions offer a relaxed, social setting where young people can:
- Build confidence in the kitchen
- Learn practical cooking and nutrition skills
- Explore new foods and cultures
- Share meals and connect with others in a positive environment
Cooking is a great way to develop independence, creativity, and teamwork — all while having fun and eating well.

Cooking
These sessions also help young people develop essential life skills such as budgeting, researching recipes, shopping for ingredients, and following step-by-step instructions to cook their chosen meals. This hands-on experience promotes independence, builds confidence, and encourages creativity — all while fostering a sense of community, collaboration, and pride in what they’ve made.

Gym
We’re proud to have access to a wide range of gyms across the city and surrounding areas, enabling us to support young people in building both their physical and mental wellbeing.
Through regular physical activity, we help young people develop healthy habits, boost their confidence, and build resilience. Whether it's strength training, cardio sessions, or group fitness classes, there’s something to suit every interest and ability.
These sessions are tailored to individual goals and take place in supportive, welcoming environments where young people can feel comfortable, motivated, and empowered to thrive.

Wellbeing walks
We love taking young people on wellbeing walks through nature — offering them a chance to step away from busy routines and reconnect with the outdoors. These walks are all about slowing down, breathing deeply, and soaking up the peaceful surroundings.
Along the way, we encourage young people to notice the little things — the sound of birdsong, the rustling of leaves, the warmth of the sun — helping them become more mindful and present in the moment.
It’s a simple yet powerful way to relax, clear the mind, and feel more connected to themselves and the world around them.

Boxing
We love taking young people to boxing sessions — it’s a fun, high-energy way to stay active while building valuable life skills.
"Boxing isn’t just about throwing punches; it’s about building confidence, staying focused, and developing discipline. It’s amazing to see how much they grow, not just physically but mentally too."
— Anton, Boxing Mentor
For many of our young people, boxing becomes a powerful outlet — a space to let off steam, clear their minds, and channel their energy in a positive way. Whether they’re working on technique, hitting fitness goals, or simply walking away from a session feeling proud, boxing gives them a real sense of achievement, confidence, and purpose.

Farm visits
Visiting local farms gives young people a unique opportunity to connect with nature and learn more about where their food comes from.
They love meeting animals, picking fresh produce, and getting stuck into hands-on tasks like feeding livestock or collecting eggs. It’s a fun, eye-opening experience that sparks curiosity, builds appreciation for hard work, and offers a refreshing change from their everyday routines.
These visits also encourage mindfulness, responsibility, and a deeper connection to the world around them.

The Driving Range
Taking young people to the driving range is always a lot of fun — it’s a great chance for them to try something new, learn the basics of golf, and experience the thrill of seeing how far they can hit the ball!
The relaxed, open setting makes it easy for them to enjoy themselves while developing key skills like focus, patience, and coordination.
It’s not just about the golf — it’s about stepping outside their comfort zone, building confidence, and creating a positive experience they’ll remember.
