Meet The Team

George - Managing Director & DSL
I have over 14 years of experience in youth and community work, and more than 10 years’ experience delivering 1:1 mentoring support.
My journey has included managing an award-winning BBC Children in Need mentoring project and working as a Youth Work Manager, overseeing a range of youth clubs as well as detached and outreach teams across diverse communities.
I hold a Level 6 Postgraduate qualification in Youth and Community Work and have specialist training in ASD, SEN, SEMH, and Child Criminal Exploitation (CCE).
I’m passionate about supporting young people to access positive opportunities, have their voices heard, overcome challenges, and achieve meaningful outcomes. I believe in creating safe, fun, and engaging environments where young people feel inspired to grow — personally, socially, and educationally.
Outside of work, I have a strong background in sports, particularly football and boxing, and I enjoy travelling and photography in my spare time.

Tyler - Development Manager
With over 14 years of experience working with young people, I’ve supported them in a variety of roles — including one-to-one support in SEN schools, youth work, and as a Designated Safeguarding Lead within a school setting.
I’m passionate about helping young people thrive and realise their full potential. I draw on my own life experiences to guide and inspire others, showing that it’s never too late to make positive choices and change the direction of our lives.
I encourage young people to embrace their individuality, recognise their strengths, and stay optimistic as they work towards their goals. I believe in creating a safe and supportive space where they feel empowered to grow, achieve, and believe in themselves.
Outside of work, I stay active through physical training and football, and I currently coach a local youth football team — something I find incredibly rewarding, especially when I see young players grow in confidence and teamwork. I also enjoy travelling to new countries and gaming in my downtime.

Dan - Senior Mentor
I’ve spent the past 16 years working with young people across a wide range of settings — including youth clubs, educational programmes, sports and music projects, residential care homes, and 1:1 mentoring roles.
My experience also includes international youth work, where I had the privilege of engaging with young people from diverse cultures and backgrounds. I’ve proudly served as an Ambassador for The Prince’s Trust, helping to inspire and support young people through various initiatives and outreach opportunities.
I’m passionate about empowering young people to believe in themselves, build confidence, and access positive opportunities that support their growth and development.
Outside of work, I’m a dedicated football fan and enjoy staying active by regularly going to the gym. These interests keep me energised and also help me build positive connections with young people through shared passions like sport and fitness.

Ezra - Mentor
I have four years of experience working with young people across a variety of roles, including part-time coaching with Xpro Rugby, delivering summer camps, and supporting learners in Alternative Learning Provision (ALP) settings.
I’ve worked as both a Learning and Community Facilitator and a High-Level Teaching Assistant at a SEN school, providing 1:1 support tailored to individual needs.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree from Hartpury University, where I gained hands-on coaching experience with primary, secondary, and college-aged students. I also hold an England Rugby Coaching Award.
My goal is to engage young people through fun, physical activities that support their physical, mental, and social wellbeing. It’s always rewarding to see their progress and the confidence they build along the way.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about rugby, having played from a young age with achievements at county, academy, university, and national league levels. I also enjoy staying active, gaming, exploring new places, and spending time with friends and family.

Patch - Music Mentor
Blessings, my name is Patch. From a young age, I was drawn to creative expression — especially music and filmmaking, which I now do professionally.
I’ve always enjoyed working with young people, a journey that began shortly after I left school. My goal is to create a safe and inspiring space where young people can build confidence, learn new skills, and express their emotions freely.
A big part of what I do involves teaching music and lyric writing in my studio, as well as video production — helping young people shoot professional-level content and explore new passions and potential career paths.
Outside of the creative world, I enjoy staying active through martial arts and spending time in nature, both of which keep me grounded and energised.

Leanne - Senior Mentor / Boxing Mentor
I’m a Youth and Boxing Mentor, working closely with young people to support their social, emotional, and personal growth. Whether through one-to-one mentoring or group activities, I’m here to guide them through life’s challenges and celebrate their progress along the way.
What makes me proudest is seeing the positive changes young people make — whether it's improving in school, building confidence in social situations, or simply feeling better about themselves. Their success is what motivates me every day.
Coming from a similar background to many of the young people I work with helps me connect with them on a deeper level. I understand the barriers they face, and I’m passionate about showing them that change is possible.
I’m a strong advocate for encouraging young people to get involved in sports clubs or start an exercise routine. It’s not just about staying fit — it’s about building confidence, creating a sense of belonging, and forming positive connections with others.

A1 - Mentor
As a mentor, I’m deeply committed to creating safe, empowering spaces where young people can build confidence, explore their identities, and carve out their own paths in life.
I bring extensive experience working across mental health settings, with young offenders, in sectioned units, and with individuals with learning disabilities — all of which have shaped my trauma-informed, compassionate approach.
Beyond my professional role, I’m a multidisciplinary storyteller with a passion for community engagement. My creative work spans performance, dance, theatre, music, and film, and I’ve had the privilege of working with diverse communities — including BIPOC, South East Asian, and Welsh groups — using storytelling to build connection, celebrate culture, and spark meaningful dialogue.

Anton - Boxing Mentor
I work with young people to help them build resilience, confidence, discipline, and respect through the power of boxing. Whether in one-to-one or small group sessions, my aim is to support young people in leading healthy, active lifestyles and developing the skills they need to overcome everyday challenges and thrive.
For over 6 years, I’ve been delivering tailored boxing sessions that go beyond the sport — creating safe, motivating spaces where young people can grow both physically and mentally.
I bring over 15 years of experience in boxing, including 5+ years as a professional fighter with an 11-0 record. My journey in the sport has taught me the value of hard work, consistency, and self-belief — lessons I’m passionate about passing on to the next generation

Sonny - Music Mentor
My dedication to music education and mentoring is at the core of everything I do. I've been empowering young minds since 2012, starting my journey by managing dynamic music workshops across the United States, Australia and eventually England. With a rich background in music production, instrumental tutoring, special education needs (SEN) teaching, and mentoring, I bring a unique blend of creativity and compassion to Inspire Mentoring.

Lucy - Mentor
I have 16 years of experience working with children and young people, beginning with a Grade A qualification in Childcare and Youth Studies from Filton College. I went on to complete a Certificate of Higher Education in Teacher Training from the University of Gloucestershire, followed by a degree in Childhood and Youth Studies.
My career began in early years, supporting children aged 0–5 for seven years, before transitioning into youth-focused roles. Over the past seven years, I’ve worked in Alternative Learning Provisions and a Pupil Referral Unit, where I’ve taught PSHE, delivered ASDAN qualifications, and led offsite provisions for young people with complex needs.
I’m passionate about building strong, trusting relationships and helping young people recognise their strengths, believe in themselves, and overcome challenges in a positive and empowering way.
